Is there an age restriction?

The festival is open to 12+. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult with a tutor certificate, and all under 18s with the tutor certificate signed on behalf of legal tutors.

What is The Away From Home Festival’s accessibility policy?

There will be a wheelchair-accessible viewing platform available for approximately 10 chairs plus an essential companion. These tickets are available as PMR on the ticketing website.

Accessible toilets will be available at the Marenostrum Fuengirola, as well as accessible bar areas.

Do I need to bring Photo ID?

Yes, please bring Photo ID as this will be required upon entry to the festival to verify the name on the tickets.

When does The Away From Home Festival open?

Gates open: 4pm CEST
Please allow extra time for entry due to security protocols in place for the festival.

When is last entry?

Last entry is at 9:30pm CEST.

Is there seating?

Yes, a limited amount of seated tickets will be available for general sale.

Can I bring a chair?

Festival-goers are not permitted to bring chairs into the festival venue.

Can I bring an umbrella?

No umbrellas are permitted in the venue, so in case of rain please bring a waterproof jacket with a hood.

Can I bring food and drink?

No food or drink is allowed to be brought into the festival venue, but we have plenty of dining options and bars selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Can I bring a bag?

You will be able to bring a rucksack up to 45cm x 36cm x 20cm in size. No suitcases or large bags will be permitted.

What food will there be?

There will be a great line-up of some of Spain’s finest street food traders you can buy food from so please do not bring food to the site.

Will vegan food be available?

There will be plenty of vegan options available from some of Spain’s finest street food traders.

Can I get a drink?

Yes, there will be plenty of bars selling a wide range of alcoholic drinks including wines, spirits, ales, and lager, as well as a range of non-alcoholic drinks.

Is the festival cashless?

No, cash & cards will be accepted.
